Light and architecture
ePTFE is an expanded fluoropolymer with a microporous structure. Certain ePTFE-based membranes can diffuse natural light and create bright covered spaces. Their behavior depends on the selected system and manufacturer.
Design flexibility
It can be integrated with steel structures, cables, profiles and special anchoring systems to develop curved surfaces and tensile systems.
COVER engineering
Final selection requires analysis of geometry, loads, environmental conditions, light transmission, support structure, pretension and connections. Final performance must be verified against documentation for the chosen system.
